The other day, I was attempting to accept the new terms and conditions for my YouTube channel’s Partner Program. Unfortunately, after clicking on “review and accept” and proceeding to the next page, nothing appeared for me to agree to the updated terms and conditions. This was frustrating because it prevented my short videos from being monetized. I searched the internet for a solution but couldn’t find one. Eventually, I was able to resolve the issue and monetize my videos.

When I logged in to the YouTube studio, I noticed a red line alert displayed below.

Action Required: Accept New terms to stay in the YouTube Partner Program and start earning Shorts Ads Revenue. Then I saw to labels of review and accept and Dismiss

Of course, I clicked on Review and Accept” but on the next page, I encountered the following error.

To fix this problem,

  1. Log in to YouTube studio.
  2. Click on the Setting from the left panel.
  3. Following that; click on the Channel.
  4. Next, Choose Your country of Residence and save the changes.

If you click on “Review & Accept” again, you shouldn’t encounter any errors this time.

Once you have successfully accepted the new terms and conditions of the YouTube Partner Program, you will see the message displayed below.
